Allow the adding of notes to Dividends in Portfolio

Since splitting out dividends into its own section in the Portfolio, a lot of users have requested that we allow them to add notes to each dividend. We have now enabled that feature.

Other enhancements

• In Stock Comparison, make the stock name clickable to the Factsheet and added company logo
• Added toggle button to show/hide charts in Financials section
• Add US market to Vanguard and Blackrock in “Notable Investor’s Portfolio” in the homepage

• Allow indices in the header carousel to be clickable
• Show corporate events markers for overseas markets
