UI/UX enhancements and fixes

We are now only allowing subscribers to add corporate events and insider trades markers in the charts.

Other improvements include

• Update format of stock counter shown in stock search dropdownchart
• Fix incorrect positve/negative index value
  Fix unescaped currency
  Fix price chart periodicity setting when date span is set to a large amount of time
  Fix fixed table header misalignment issues
  Fix issue showing different counter on Insider Trades
