Company Buyback shows the trades made by the company buying back its own shares.
Share purchases by the company may indicate under-valuation of its share by the market as the Directors exercising its authority for share buyback are duty bound to do so in the best interest of the company and after ensuring that the rationale for each share buyback is in accordance with the basis on which shareholders’ approval was obtained.

How to search for Company Buyback?
Step 1: Navigate to Market tab
Step 2: Click on Company Buyback
Step 3: Type in the shareholder’s name to view their portfolio
Buyback Overview
This section shows a summary of all Company Buyback in the past 2 years and by default is sorted in descending order by the Total No. Of Trades for 2 years. The data view could also be re-organized by other sorting criterion such as by no. Trades in a year, by cumulative volume in any year or for 2 years, and by cumulative value in any year or for 2 years. Click on the Search button you will be able to access the company’s fundamental data of the individual company buyback.
Latest Buyback
This section allows the user to scan the latest company buybacks consolidated in a single list. Key details from the company’s daily share buy-back notices will pop up when the mouse is hovered over the relevant note icon. You can also customize the date range for when the company buyback took place.
