Guide to Using IPO
Initial Public Offering (IPO) feature is a page where you can find the latest listed or going to be listed companies financial performance and their listing information. We cover companies that are going to be listed on SGX and Bursa Malaysia.
Step 1: Navigate to More tab
Step 2: Click on IPO
There are 2 sections in IPO page, which are Open for Subscription – Companies and Recent IPO Listings.
Open For Subscription – Companies
When an IPO is open for subscription it means that the company has started the process of offering its shares to the public for the first time, and investors can apply to purchase shares.
A brief description of the company is provided. You can also view listing price, subscription closing date and PE Ration of the company.
For further information, you can click on the IPO prospectus and company website.
Recent IPO Listings
Recent IPO listing refers to a company that has recently completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has had its shares listed on a stock exchange.
