How to use Significant Shareholders?

What is Significant Shareholder?

Significant shareholders are individuals or fund houses that hold substantial percentage of the company’s share. They collectively hold a significant portion of the company’s equity, giving them considerable influence over the company’s decisions.   A famous fund house typically has a reputation for strong research, analysis, and successful investment strategies. When such a fund purchases stock in a company, it is often seen as a validation of the company’s business model, financial health, and future prospects.
